My friend, NS posted this today on FB: I
have spent most of my life in fear and hiding from my spiritual gift. I
have used it for years but only in a one on one ministry for individual
people. Even after I came to grips with it I still didn't use it all of
the time, and at other times didn't even pray because of what I was
seeing and hearing. Today the pastor asked the prophets to stand up in
church, it was the very first time that I have
ever acknowledged to any congregation, or any group of people, what and
who God called me to be in Him. I have always been able think about
what God has told me, shown me in visions, and pictures, but today at
church He disconnected me, and I spoke, but only have bits and pieces of
what came out. I am not sure what is going on at New Life, but I am
sure that God is moving in a huge way of restoration, restoration for
the church, restoration for the people, restoration for people just
beginning there and He is started an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, an
answer to 5 years of prayer for us. I am thankful for the people at
church and to be a part of the ministry going on.
And the word of the Lord came to me concerning this:
God chose New Life when He
moved [you and your wife] from Texas... now the devil would like [you]
to get the heck out of there!! Seriously! Expect some real
battles ... not for the faint or weak, only for those who remain strong
in the Lord. H o l d Y o u r G r o u
n d! Stand on the wall; do NOT let the slimey serpent slither over the
wall and into your stronghold. Be bold. Be strong. Vanish fear and
doubt. H O L D Y O U R G R O U N D!
(Note from Sunny Rowe to NS: I know you have heard this a few times in the last year or so
(about being bold and strong, and not doubting). Must be pretty important, because He keeps
telling me to tell you.)
Exodus 14:13: "...Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the
LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never
see again.
Psalm 33:11:
But the plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations".
My friend! Our country has become over run with things of darkness.. it is not a trite matter, but a huge matter. The devil will not take it well when we prophets and teachers take back this land. As we lay down our lives in daily servitude to our Lord Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God, we must have on the full armor and maintain a sure footing, as we swing the sword of righteousness. It is not going to be pretty - it will be an ugly battle. Possibly the worst our generation has ever seen. So I send this [prophetic] note in addition to the prophetic word to gird yourself up and prepare yourself. If you "cut and run" the enemy will have no mercy on you. Look neither to the right nor the left, but straight ahead, unto the Lord. See him in the singing sword; hear the shout of God in the clashing of battle. Amidst all the fear, fear not. Fear not. ♥
ReplyDeletePS... I understand your walk, my friend. For I only recently stepped out and began this God's Messengers ministry. It is not just for me, but for all like you and me who struggle with this particular gift. We MUST develop our prophetic muscles and not be fearful. We must stand our ground in this gift, as well as in our ministries. ♥

DeleteWe put on our armor. We unsheath or swords. We do not sway left to right, or forwards to back. We stand on what has been rejected. We look to our Father. We speak of what we hear. And we see what is unknown.
I thank God for your faithfulness; even when we stumble, He will catch us up and set our feet where He wants them. It is only we who set our feet in a different direction, usually because of attack. We try to maneuver around the enemy and find a sure footing. But we must stand our ground in Jesus Christ, rooted and watered, strong and capable to do that for the Lord which He has established for us - until His day of reckoning! I stand with you my brother. I pray blessings of laughter to strengthen you in battle. ♥
